There is a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium for paying by Cash or Debit. If you cannot come to the auction location in Port Coquitlam, BC, you must contact Cotton Auctions and Appraisals at 60 to make arrangements for payment.ġ8% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST and 7% PST.
